Affordable Green Housing

The Green Communities and Green Affordable Housing in Indian Country Initiative Appreciates Your Support!

- A $900 contribution will fund tuition toward a UW Green Home Construction Certificate for a student from a Tribal College.

- A $2,500 contribution will fund one participant during the one-week Green Affordable Housing Builder Training.

- An $18,000 contribution will fund a one-week Green Affordable Housing Builder Training for up to 25 participants.

- A $24,000 contribution will cover the costs of a comprehensive "Green Community Development" eco-cultural land-use planning program for one community.

- A $100,000 contribution will fund next steps in on-going equipment development and testing, which will make this Affordable Green Housing technology accessible to small, local builders across the Upper Midwest.

- A $300,000 contribution will fund all construction and training costs to build a model Green Affordable Home with one of our First Nations Community Partners.

- There are many ways to contribute. Please contact the project coordinator to learn more.
